How often do backflow preventer valves need to be replaced?

Backflow preventer valves are replaced when they fail testing, leak, or can’t be reliably repaired. There isn’t a set schedule; a licensed On Time Experts plumber will confirm after an on-site inspection. We’ll present repair vs. replacement options and pricing up front. If replacement is needed, we perform the work with required permits and arrange any inspections. Same-day service is available in Dallas and Fort Worth.
