How much does it cost to install a new AC and furnace?
The cost to install a new AC and furnace varies by home and system design, and On Time Experts provides bullseye‑accurate, no‑obligation total prices after an in‑home load calculation. Most of what you pay is driven by properly matching equipment to your home’s heating and cooling load rather than the brand name.
Expect our Comfort Expert to spend 60–90 minutes measuring your home, then deliver a single, all‑in price before work starts; our teams regularly install systems across DFW, including many Mesquite homes.
- What drives price: system capacity and efficiency ratings (SEER/HSPF/AFUE)
- Home factors: duct condition, placement, and any needed modifications
- Installation complexity: electrical, line sets, and condensate/drain solutions
- Options: thermostats and whole‑home air quality add‑ons
We’re brand‑agnostic and tune every install to peak performance, and current offers include $500 OFF AC installation plus free second opinions.
Schedule an on‑site load calculation to confirm the exact, written price before you decide.
